Flexible in fresh
And because we are so closely involved in the cultivation of our products, our fresh produce is truly fresh. The lead time from harvest to store shelf is extremely short – particularly in the case of products like strawberries. Making them very moreish.
With a staff of 80, our organisation is relatively small and flexible. We don’t just think in terms of full truckloads, for instance.
